Ensure you are logged into your account and highlight the My Account bar. Afterwards, click the Orders tab. |

On this page, you can monitor your orders. Here, you can check whether your order status has changed, as well as if there are any pending or outstanding updates regarding your artwork.

Hover over the cog in the top right-hand corner, and a dropdown will appear. Here, you can amend your order, re-order all of the items and view your invoice and your shipments. |

On clicking View Invoice, you can view all the specific payments with your order number, invoice number, invoice date and VAT. You will also receive an email, direct to your registered email address, that has your invoice attached as a .pdf file, as well as a prompt to upload artwork. |
