Change the colour type to Spot and label the swatch name Silver or Gold. Choose a colour that enables you to easily identify foil elements within your document, such as 100% Cyan. |
Duplicate pages you're adding foil to, select areas you want to be foiled and colour them with the Silver swatch. Removing foil elements from original printed pages.
Be sure to leave a 2mm clear area around the edge of the design and fold areas. This is required to avoid cracking when cut by the guillotine.

| IMPORTANT: Scodix is only available on one side. After numerous tests, we advise against the use of script fonts and recommend keeping all text elements above 10pt to avoid foil bleeding within the lettering. |
